The sooner the better – ideally a few months before you arrive, so we have time to understand your needs and start the property search.
What areas do you cover?
We specialise in the Sunshine Coast region, so all our local knowledge, suburb guidance and property search is focused right here.
Can I mix and match services instead of choosing a set package?
Yes. Every relocation is different, so if one of our standard packages doesn’t quite fit, get in touch and we will create a tailored package for your needs.
Do you help with visas or migration advice?
No – we’re a relocation and property service, not a migration agency. We focus on finding you the right home and helping you settle in. For visa matters, we always recommend speaking with a registered migration agent.
Can you help us before we’ve even left our current country/location?
Yes. Most of our process is done remotely, including consultations, property shortlisting and video walkthroughs. You don’t need to be in Sunshine Coast or Australia to get started.
